1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ppi vip ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ppi vip website located at https://ppi-vip.com and all associated services, applications, games, and content provided therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process and creating a ppi vip account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

ppi vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation in any activity on the ppi vip Platform — including account registration, sports betting, casino games, slots, and fishing titles — is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance returned to the original payment method after full verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ppi vip Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. ppi vip does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction; it is solely your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active ppi vip account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ppi vip reserves the right to merge the accounts, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and suspend access pending a full review. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. Any deliberate falsification of registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held within the account.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppi vip login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or allow your account to be used by any individual other than yourself. ppi vip will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ppi vip's 24/7 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ppi vip may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ppi vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect players against identity theft and financial fraud. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal request or at any time ppi vip deems necessary:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number (screenshot of bKash / Nagad account showing your name)
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered name and number

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 7 calendar days of the request being issued may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until the documentation is received and verified.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ppi vip account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any remaining BDT balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. ppi vip also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, terms violation, chargebacks, or abuse of promotional offers.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ppi vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The available methods at any time are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. ppi vip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on ppi vip is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, ppi vip may apply enhanced due diligence for single deposits exceeding ৳50,000 or cumulative deposits exceeding ৳200,000 within a 30-day period. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from within the account settings section at any time — see Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) for full details.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ppi vip subject to the following standard timelines:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 15 minutes of approval, available 24/7 including public holidays.
• Bank Transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, DBBL, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Typically within 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing time.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ppi vip does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside ppi vip's control. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified alternative method following a completed KYC review.

4.4 Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to ppi vip through your payment provider without first contacting ppi vip support will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. ppi vip reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback and may pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels. Accounts associated with chargeback activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ppi vip are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail for that offer only.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ppi vip promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with a verified ppi vip account.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the promotional period if wagering is incomplete.
• ppi vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are enrolled in a self-exclusion or cool-off period are not eligible to receive promotional offers during that period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus is the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%-15%, and sports bets may contribute 0%-100% depending on odds and the specific promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ppi vip employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse including, but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk exposure, collusion between multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ppi vip reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the associated account pending further investigation.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games, slot titles, and fishing games available on the ppi vip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, independent of previous results, and not influenced by the size of the bet or the player's account status.

6.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption affecting a game in progress, ppi vip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, disconnections, or data transmission errors beyond its reasonable control. 6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the case of a disputed match result, match abandonment, or event cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. ppi vip uses official competition results published by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international events) as the basis for bet settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppi vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identities, or manipulated payment transactions to fund a ppi vip account.
• Money laundering: Using ppi vip as a mechanism to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ppi vip is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

• Hacking and software interference: Using automated bots, script-based betting tools, data scraping software, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in sports odds, or incorrectly credited bonuses without reporting them to ppi vip support.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• VPN / proxy circumvention: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true geographic location while accessing the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ppi vip endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform; however, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages (including payment gateways and game server providers), or internet connectivity issues in Bangladesh may cause temporary service disruption. ppi vip will not be liable for any financial or non-financial losses arising from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Player Responsibility for Losses

Gaming involves financial risk. By using the ppi vip Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money as a result of your gaming activity, and that such losses are your sole financial responsibility. ppi vip will not refund losses resulting from your voluntary participation in any game or betting market, except where a certified game malfunction (as described in Section 6.2) is the direct cause of the loss.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ppi vip, its officers, employees, and technology partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of ppi vip services.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ppi vip, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. ppi vip's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days. Formal escalation routes are available for unresolved disputes as described in the FAQ section of this website.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The failure of ppi vip to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppi vip regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
